**Support Musgrave's Retail Stores with Expert Cash Management**

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide cash controls for 40+ stores within the NI division
• Process and review cash journals, cash office support, and daily lodgement reconciliation
• Identify and assess risks in relation to cash control across the business
• Support continuous improvement in cash controls
• Act as a point of contact for store queries
• Store Debtor reconciliations
• Store balance sheet reconciliations for cash, coupons, gift cards, etc.
• Support the roll out of MS BC automation to NI stores
• General administration duties
• Accounts preparation for owned stores across 3 divisions
• Support interim and year-end audits
**Requirements:**
• Experience in a retail store cash office or Head Office cash control function
• Studying for Accounting Technician or Professional exams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with respect to large data sets
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads to agreed deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
• Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude
• Ability to demonstrate strong initiative and an achievement-oriented approach to results
