Job Description

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Marketing & e Commerce for one of our retail clients based in Mayo to lead their retail marketing and online sales operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the growth of their e-commerce platform.

You will play a key role in the Senior Management Team, overseeing the Marketing and e Commerce department, while partnering with external agencies to drive the achievement of the company's key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and digital marketing expertise.

Commerce Job:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).6+ years in marketing and e Commerce, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position.

Experience in Fashion & Retail Marketing is highly desirable, with an existing network of industry contacts preferred.

Digital Marketing Skills:
Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid social advertising, and email marketing

e Commerce Expertise:
Demonstrated success managing e Commerce platforms, with a focus on UX/UI optimization.

Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical abilities, leveraging tools like Google Analytics to inform decision-making.

Strategic Leadership:
Capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing and e Commerce strategies.

Team Leadership:
Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

Financial Acumen:
Skilled in managing and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Creative Campaigns:
Ability to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement.

Stakeholder Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective for stakeholder collaboration and public relations.
