Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Retail Manager for one of our clients based in Co. Kerry.
As Retail Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the business ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are met. You will also be responsible for leading a team in the day-to-day operation of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience as a Retail Manager or similar is essential for this role.
2. Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. A passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.
