Retail Manager - Monday to Friday Are you an experienced Retail Manager ready to take on a new challenge with excellent work/life balance? Here at Excel Recruitment, we have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager with an interest in sports and leisure fashion to join a unique retail business in Limerick. As Store Manager. you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations including managing stock, supplier relations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to deliver an outstanding retail experience for a wide variety of customers. Key responsibilities: Source suppliers, manage stock purchases, and negotiate costs for both the physical and online stores. Ensure optimal stock levels and efficient supplier relations to maximise sales. Oversee bespoke clothing orders. Create effective merchandising displays to drive sales and profitability. Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service. Develop strategies to grow store sales, enhance profitability, and expand the customer base. Implement security measures to minimise stock loss and shrinkage. Analyse sales trends and develop forecasts for future stock needs. Qualifications & experience required: 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in fashion. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and an understanding of stock margins and pricing strategies. Salary package: €40-50K depending on experience Monday to Friday hours. Sick pay. Contributory pension. Income protection schemes. 26 days annual leave.
