We're looking for Ad-hoc Retail Merchandisers to join our expanding team in Ireland. The role will give you the opportunity to work with top high street retailers and supermarkets, representing some of the biggest brands in the world in the fields of electronics, health and beauty, and DIY.
Please note that we're looking for an immediate start for this position. It will involve Monday-Friday working hours. The role requires travel across Ireland, therefore flexibility is essential. There may be occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work.
Role Responsibilities
- Changing visuals and moving parts around according to new planograms.
- Implementation of POS and FSDU's in a range of retailers.
- Updating and maintaining cosmetic displays and stands in leading health and beauty stores.
- Assisting our refit teams in larger store refits.
- Conducting store audits.
- Reporting damage to retail store stands and displays.
- Installation and maintenance of displays for leading electronics brands in retail outlets.
- Using initiative to problem-solve and suggest resolutions when encountering challenges.
- Ensuring clear, regular, and detailed app-based reports.
- Exhibiting strong time management and prioritization skills to manage workload effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
The Person
- Retail background.
- Merchandising experience.
- Full driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail – methodical on-site to ensure we deliver the best, first time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Comfortable inputting simple reports via an app-based system.
