Retail Pop-Up Country Manager - Kildare Our client, an innovative and exciting national charity is introducing a new role to their Head of Business Development & Growth department and seeking a Country Manager for their Pop-Up Stores. This is a critical and exciting role for the Retail Head office team as you will be instrumental in planning, organising and rolling out the POP-UP model across the country. Role Overview: As the Retail Pop-Up Country Manager, you will take ownership of the development and execution of the Pop-Up retail strategy across the country. You will spearhead all efforts to engage new supporters, grow brand awareness, and significantly boost retail revenue. Leading the Pop-Up model, which includes festivals, designer events, corporate activation's, and in-store pop-ups, you will manage a mobile team, oversee operations, and drive excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of Pop-Up events and activations across Ireland. Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners to expand Pop-Up initiatives. Manage the four key pillars of our Pop-Up business: festivals, designer events, corporate events, and in-store activations. Supervise and develop a mobile team, ensuring effective planning, rostering, and training. Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all Pop-Up events, prioritising service excellence and seamless in-store activations. Oversee day-to-day operations including opening times, staff coverage, cash handling, and inventory management. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring Pop-Up displays align with themes and promotions. Address customer service inquiries with accurate product and service information. Collaborate closely with the stock acquisitions, visual merchandising, volunteering, and retail operations teams. Adhere to in-store health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures and manual handling practices. Provide leadership in managing volunteer relations and supporting their contributions to the Pop-Up model. Experience & Skills: Essential: Previous experience as an Area/Store Manager. Desirable: Project management experience. Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative, with a passion for sales. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Excellent organisational, time management, and communication abilities. Commercial acumen and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Flexibility to work non-standard hours to meet the needs of the business. Required: Full, clean driving license.
