Job Description
Secure a Retail Security Officer position with a high-end store, ensuring the protection of employees, property, and assets, while creating a safe and comfortable working environment.
Reporting to the Mitie Regional Security manager, you will be responsible for proactively ensuring the protection of employees, property, and assets, and creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively ensuring the protection of employees, property, and assets
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors
- Responding to emergency situations and following documented escalation processes
- Accurately reporting all incidents
- Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems
Requirements:
- Previous Retail Security Experience preferable
- Valid PSA License
- 5 years previous checkable work history
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate without issue
- Dependable and available to work a regular work schedule
- Smart and presentable appearance
- Good IT skills for reporting
