Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to perform various store operational duties, including cashiering, customer service, and merchandise recovery.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers to maintain the highest level of customer service.
Maintain and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
Drive customer loyalty program participation, including sign-ups and rewards processing.
Participate in freight flow process, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise presentation.
Perform daily front-end maintenance, including check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise and supplies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, such as cart retrieval and safety-related tasks.
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
