Job Description
We seek a Store Manager for our Loughrea store in Co Galway. You will lead a team to drive turnover and revenues, supervise financial KPIs, and build strong relationships with the local community. Key responsibilities include:
Meeting sales targets and ensuring excellent store standards
Recruiting and developing staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees
Ensuring adequate staffing cover and maintaining a clean and professional store environment
Managing donated goods and shop accounting procedures
Taking an active lead in store and community-based fundraising events
Promoting the Vision Ireland brand and ensuring health and safety compliance
