Job Purpose The main focus of the role will be to take the lead on various support activities across the Cork Airport Duty Free team namely the daily cash reconciliation process and the delivery of excellent workforce management in order to drive performance of the Cork Retail business. In addition the individual will operate as the local subject matter expert regarding roster designs, labour forecasting and scheduling. Manage cash reconciliation process for Cork Retail on a daily basis Maintain all processes for Cork retail store workforce management execution, including scheduling, forecasting, and communicating proactively to manage staff T&A & demand planning. Drive accurate pay by ensuring MyTime system is updated as required to produce correct timecards, exception management etc. Represent ARI Cork in key Workforce system projects e.g. Dimensions Champion effective T&A processes across the retail team Assist in the management of bulk annual leave allocation. Provide support in relation to Brand Ambassador productivity and reporting. Identify seasonal and special event resource requirements. Onboarding all new hires Establish metrics and other measurements for direct employee and BA productivity to improve business results. Manage all absence management administration, performance and lifecycle tracking including, but not limited to, maintaining, and updating sickness trackers, compilation of meeting packs and attendance oversight, payroll, joiners, movers, and leavers. Knowledge of time and attendance, forecasting and/or planning processes Ability to analyse and interpret data Knowledge of Kronos/Time and Attendance processes Ability to produce high quality analytical and presentation materials, as well as the ability to question, challenge and think independently Excellent at time / deadline management Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a proven ability to communicateeffectively at all levels Skills: cash reconciliation workforce management time and attendance
