Retail Team Leader We are seeking an experienced and energetic Team Lead to join a prestigious homeware department in one of Dublin's most well-known retail stores. If you are passionate about retail and want to work in an iconic store - I would love to hear from you! *My client offers the ability to earn commission* Key Responsibilities: Assist the Department Manager in managing daily operations, including completing floor planners to ensure smooth running of the department. Maintain open and clear communication within the team, supporting team briefs and regular updates. Contribute to team targets and objectives, driving performance and customer satisfaction. Recognise and reward high-performing team members, while coaching and supporting those who need development. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operation and standards. Actively promote and embody the company's core values. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role. Passion for homeware and / or interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team to achieve targets and maintain high standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage operations effectively. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
