Seeking an experienced Retail Team Manager to lead a busy store in Co. Limerick, with a strong track record in delivering KPIs and managing large teams.
Our client, a leading big box retailer, is seeking a commercial and operational Retail Team Manager with:
- 2+ years of management experience in grocery, non-food, or high-volume fashion retail
- Experience in managing a large turnover
- An inspirational leadership style with experience in leading teams of 20+
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent commercial, visual, and customer service skills
- Target-driven with a commercial focus
- Excellent operational and planning skills
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store and Deputy Manager with the daily running of the store
- Communicating and driving all KPIs across the team
- Managing the performance of your direct team
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is in place throughout the store
- Analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly to grow profits, margins, and sales
The salary package includes:
- Salary negotiable DOE
- 39 hour contract
