Revenue Manager sought to maximize revenue and optimize pricing strategies in alignment with market positioning and guest expectations.
Killashee Hotel seeks a talented professional to join its Senior Management Team and contribute to the future success of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and develop pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to create targeted promotions and packages.
- Prepare and present revenue forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management software.
- Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
