This role is key to maximising revenue and optimising pricing strategies, aligned with market positioning and guest expectations. The Revenue Manager will use data-driven insights to enhance profitability and work across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of revenue management experience within the hotel industry. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and act on complex data. Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management software. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. A commercial mindset and experience in business development. Effective leadership skills, adaptable to various situations. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to optimise occupancy and pricing. Lead the reservations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for pricing decisions. Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing to create promotions and packages. Present revenue forecasts and reports to senior management. Oversee distribution strategies and manage day-to-day yield operations. Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies as needed.
