Back 4 Good - Your future in Dublin is working on an assignment to source a dedicated RGN Staff Nurse with experience in geriatric nursing to work in a south Dublin Nursing Home on all full-time night duty. Our partners have built a new facility and have significant expansion plans, increasing both resident and staff numbers. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to lead a care team, reporting to the Director of the Nursing Home on a daily basis. Consideration will be given to candidates with nursing home or hospital experience or a recently qualified graduate nurse who is interested in a career in geriatric nursing. We are looking for a candidate with ambition and the skills to lead a care team. Induction, training, and development are provided. While night shift is the preferred option in the first instance, our partner will consider a flexible approach when designing rosters, and day duty can be factored into this roster.
