Job Description

Primary Duties and Achievements Offer hands-on care to designated patients. Gather nursing history, condense data, and articulate nursing diagnoses and patient care requisites. Monitor and document indications, symptoms, and actions, encompassing patients' physiological conditions. Present assessments of changes, proposed intervention revisions, and sought-after outcomes. Adhere to the established protocol for initiating a personalized care strategy for recently admitted patients. Administer specified nursing interventions to allocated patients in alignment with the prescribed medical care blueprint. Undertake admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, and aid others in attending to patient activities and well-being. Implement physician's directives for all assigned patients; administer medications and treatments accurately and securely. Notify pertinent nursing and medical personnel of alterations in the patient's condition. Independently execute tasks and take accountability for the care of assigned patients. Execute techniques and routines in the specialized service domain. Perform aseptic techniques, isolation procedures, and infection control measures proficiently or support others in doing so. Record nursing care in the medical records of all designated patients. Clinical Duties and Obligations The individual in this role will possess knowledge of and conform to The Professional Scope of Practice Framework (NMBI). It is expected that the incumbent will guarantee the following: Thorough assessment of each patient's unique requirements. Development and execution of a comprehensive care plan and assessment procedure. Engagement of the patient's family and pertinent individuals as suitable. Provision of patient care within the most suitable clinical setting, upholding all nursing, as well as hospital-wide, regulations and directives.
