As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the key functions of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Collaboration.Manage and develop the Richmond Supply Chain strategyResponsible for the overall optimisation of the Supply ChainResponsible for managing our Supply Chain team and its developmentResponsible for strategic systems and IT related projects related to supply chainLiaising with Logistics to improve and optimise distributionDevelop functionally to achieve positive supply chain outcomesManage the supply chain relationships with Key CustomersManage the relationship with external storage and distribution partners2 Direct Reports – Head of Supply Chain Planning & Customer Collaboration Manager – 5 Indirect reportsREQUIREMENTS5+ Years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or related senior supply chain roleExperience working with ERP systems (Navision/SAP/Oracle etc)Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation3rd Level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldExperience in an FMCG environment is an advantageTHE PERSONEnergetic, driven individual with a proven work ethicExcellent business and commercial acumenProven leader with a positive outlookAnalytical thinker, enjoys problem-solvingCapable of handling and interpreting large amounts of complex dataFlourishes in a busy environment and handles pressure calmlyEnergetic & enthusiastic approach to tasks especially when your team needs supportAbility to manage and motivate their team effectivelyTeam player #J-18808-Ljbffr
