An experienced Risk and Compliance Program Manager to drive progress, solve problems, and mentor junior team members. A deeper understanding of relevant areas and expertise in risk management, audit, and compliance programs.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
The Risk and Compliance (R&C) team ensures Google complies with laws and regulations applicable to its contingent workforce globally. Responsibilities include:
- Responsibilities:
Assess risks of regulatory requirements pertaining to Google's contingent workforce.
Identify control gaps and design recommendations to improve compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
