Risk Quality Assurance Senior Manager Job In Leinster

Seeking a Risk & Quality Assurance Senior Manager to lead teams in risk management and quality assurance, with a focus on audit risk and quality.

Reach International is working with a Global Accountancy firm to recruit a Risk & Quality Senior Manager for its Dublin office.

The role sits within the Risk Management area of the Assurance Group.

The Role:

• Work with engagement teams to resolve enquiries on risk management matters.
• Assist teams in identifying appropriate standards and guidance.
• Design and deliver training on risk management and quality matters.
• Assist teams during audit inspections and respond to audit regulators.
• Develop internal policy and guidance on risk and quality matters.
• Keep internal documentation and risk management policies up to date.
• Train staff on Risk and Quality matters.
• Contribute to internal conferences, publications, and presentations.
• Contribute to professional accountancy body committees' projects.

The Candidate:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent qualification.
• Big 4 or global accountancy firm trained.
• External audit experience with a desire to move into a more advisory area.
