**Roe & Co Distillery Ambassador** **Summary:** Deliver exceptional guest experiences, share the story of Roe & Co Irish Whiskey, and convert visitors into brand advocates in a high-end service environment. **About Roe & Co** In 2017, Diageo launched Roe & Co Premium Blended Irish Whiskey, investing €25M in the revival of The 1950s Guinness Power Station at St. James's Gate into a new Urban Distillery. Our Urban Distillery is set in the heart of the original Golden Triangle of Irish Whiskey, where we create lifelong advocates in our visitors. **Role Description** As a Roe & Co Distillery Ambassador, you will: * Deliver consistent Brand Messaging and the "Roe & Co story" to our guests on all experiences within the distillery. * Provide the highest levels of service to guests in our food, beverage, and retail areas while working within the service systems set by management. * Accountable for stock control and cash handling in their day-to-day duties. * Maintain the wellbeing of themselves, other staff, and guests while in the experience. **Requirements** * Experience in a high-end retail setting, ideally a specialist whiskey/wine shop or similar. * Passion for the Whiskey industry and the ability to share that passion in a sales environment. * Experience with maintaining stock levels on a retail floor and merchandising. **Working with Us** We offer a highly competitive and flexible rewards and benefits package, including: * Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities. * Contributory pension scheme. * Competitive annual bonus (dependent on performance). * Generous holiday allowance. **Our Culture** We celebrate our inclusive and diverse culture, valuing everybody irrespective of background, disability, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or ethnicity.
