A senior associate with strong experience in funds law is sought to lead the Funds practice in Dublin for a prestigious international firm, managing UCITS and AIF transactions.
Lead the Funds practice, managing UCITS and AIF transactions, advising on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and investment management. Build and maintain strong client relationships with asset managers and institutional investors. Drive business development and grow the practice.
