What You'll Do: Utilise your expertise to mine our existing client database and identify opportunities to maximise margin growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and competitive quotes while ensuring exceptional service. Upsell and cross-sell our diverse product portfolio to assigned accounts, meeting and exceeding KPIs for prospecting, proposals, and closes. Work closely with Business Development and Commercial Management teams, as well as Customer Service and Warehouse teams, to ensure seamless client experiences. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years in a similar Sales Account Manager role with a proven track record in driving sales activity and revenue. Excellent spoken and written English, with a knack for clear and persuasive communication. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to quickly learn our CRM and ERP systems. Recent success in Leaving Cert or a primary degree, and a strong desire to master our business model. What's In It for You?
