Your mission Why this role: O.T.E €60k (uncapped commission) €30k - €32k basic salary depending on experience Company Car & Fuel Card Daily lunch allowance 22 days paid holiday Phone & i-pad We are hiring Sales Acquisition Executives (Field Sales Representatives) on behalf of our client eir to transform Irish homes with Gigabit Fibre broadband. This is a residential sales position, aiming at reaching new and potential customers in their homes. What is expected from this role? As a Sales Representative, you will work in a way that reflects FMI and eir’s company values. Your Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets Handle objections effectively during customer interactions Maintain a high-level working knowledge of all products and services Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of eir Actively listen and understand customers’ needs Provide customers with the right solutions that meet their needs Be available to work from 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday Your profile Requirements for a successful Sales Executive application: Full clean EU manual driving license is essential - An automatic licence is not sufficient for this position Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic Self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus Previous door-to-door selling experience advantageous but not essential About eir: eir are the country's biggest and best network with Ireland's fastest broadband, 4G mobile as standard, as well as the largest 5G network and individual business solutions.
