Job Description

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process. Promote brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages.

  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
