Job Description

Westaro Hosing, a leading distributor of workwear and safety equipment, seeks a Sales Administrator to join their team in Ballina on a fixed-term contract basis.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales order processing and customer service
  • Invoicing and credit processing
  • Providing customer quotations
  • Supporting the field sales team
  • Assisting the accounts department as required
  • General office administration as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years experience in a busy customer service role
  • Microsoft Office Word & Excel knowledge is essential
  • Experience with Sage 200 is preferred but not essential
  • Strong aptitude to pick up new software programmes
  • Forward thinking, positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team

The role is Monday – Friday and is office based. There may be a requirement or opportunity to work from other offices.
