Seeking a Sales Administrator / Support candidate for a permanent position in Dublin, responsible for generating packing lists, invoicing, and customs documentation to ensure timely shipments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating packing lists, invoices, and associated shipping documents
- Receiving and checking inbound deliveries, and picking and packing products to fulfill customer orders
- Booking collections with couriers, generating product labels, and prioritizing shipments according to shipping schedules
- Providing customers with accurate shipping documents and invoices via email, and tracking inbound and outbound shipments
- Accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements and courier deadlines
- Ensuring products are labeled and packaged correctly, and conducting monthly stock counts to ensure physical stock accuracy
- Receiving inbound deliveries on SAP, storing products according to temperature requirements, and requesting quotes from freight companies for high-value shipments
- Monitoring and generating purchase orders for consumables, approving invoices for payment, and generating weekly/monthly reports for temperature monitoring devices
- Ensuring daily/monthly schedules for cleaning and preventative maintenance are adhered to, and resolving queries and escalating to management if required
Essential requirements:
- Experience in business logistics and administration, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
- Previous experience in sales order processing/fulfillment for export, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and previous experience working in the life sciences industry (desirable)
- SAP experience is also desirable
