Job Description

Our client are a well-established bathroom and tile supplier based in Swords, offering a wide range of premium bathroom products and tiles. They cater to both retail and trade customers, providing expert advice and services from their showroom. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator: Processing customer orders, pricing, and purchase orders using Sage software. Providing excellent administrative support, including organising files and creating efficient systems to modernise current processes. Supporting the sales team with upselling opportunities and assisting with customer enquiries. Interacting with customers in the showroom, answering product-related questions, showing product displays, and recommending plumbers for installation. Liaising with suppliers to check stock availability and pricing. Helping transition the showroom's administrative practices from manual, paper-based methods to a more structured, modern approach. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in the bathroom or retail industry, with a strong focus on administrative duties. Proficient in using Sage software and Microsoft Outlook. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of streamlining and modernising administrative systems. Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues. Comfortable with basic sales and upselling opportunities, though the primary focus will be on administration. Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a busy showroom environment.
