Join our client in Limerick as a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team. Key responsibilities: manage customer communications, process and track orders, work with sales reps to understand customer needs, and prepare quotations and proposals. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer communications and build rapport
Process and track customer orders accurately
Work with external sales representatives to understand customer needs
Provide regular order status updates to customers
Respond to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as necessary
Prepare and issue customer quotations and proposals
Maintain accurate records within the ERP system
Requirements:
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage but not required
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Proven ability to meet KPIs and performance targets
Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle tasks accurately
