We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor, providing advice and support to customers across a range of financial products.

About the Role

• Manage lending pipeline leads to achieve and exceed business targets
• Prepare and analyse creditworthiness and risk implications of lending applications
• Provide excellent customer service and support through digital and phone channels
• Ensure adherence to Bank policy and regulation at all times

Requirements

• APA Qualification in Regulations & Loans or full QFA
• Passion for accuracy and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience

As a Sales Advisor, you will be working as part of a high-performing team, delivering excellent customer service and supporting our customers to achieve their financial goals. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and has a deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment.
