Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide advice and day-to-day transactional support to customers across a range of financial products, supporting them to achieve their financial goals.
- Work as part of a team and on your own initiative to deliver mortgage solutions for customers.
- Actively manage the mortgage pipeline to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support customers with their mortgage journey.
- Prepare, review, and analyse creditworthiness and risk implications of mortgage lending applications.
- Ensure adherence to bank policy and regulation at all times.
Requirements
- APA in Regulations, Loans, or QFA.
- Passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience through adherence to regulations, compliance, policies, and best practices.
- Deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
