Your Role: Our client is looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are enthusiastic, goal orientated and have a passion for providing 'best in class' customer service, to join their growing team in our Customer Contact Centre. As a Sales Advisor, you will provide advice and day to day transactional support to our customers across a range of financial products, at all times supporting our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. Their focus is to deliver an exceptional Customer experience by blending the most up to date technology with their highly skilled and trained people, through inbound and outbound phone calls. Full training will be provided and they will support your career progression as you complete your professional qualifications to enable you to progress your career within the bank. Your Team: You will report directly to the Sales Team Lead and work together as part of a larger team in the delivery of mortgage solutions for our customers. Within the Digital & Direct bank, they sell a range of the banks' products directly to their customers through their remote channels of Phone and Online. Your Responsibilities: As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for; Working as part of a team and on your own initiative. Actively managing the mortgage pipeline leads to achieving and exceeding business targets. Provide excellent customer service and support our customers with their mortgage journey. Prepare, review and analyse the creditworthiness and risk implication of mortgage lending applications, making credit recommendations to underwriters. Ensure adherence to Bank policy and regulation at all times. Work effectively as part of a high performing team delivering excellent customer service. Ensure accuracy by being quality focused and adopt a right first time approach at all times. Manage inbound and outbound customer contact through our digital and phone channels. Requirements: Essential APA in Regulations, Loans or QFA Desired A passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience through adherence to regulations, compliance, policies and best practices. A deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment. Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
