Minimum requirement to hold an APA qualification in Regulations and Loans essential for this role. As a Sales Advisor, you will provide advice and day to day transactional support to our customers across a range of financial products, at all times supporting our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. Our focus is to deliver an exceptional Customer experience by blending the most up to date technology with our highly skilled and trained people, through inbound and outbound phone calls. Within the Digital & Direct bank, we sell a range of the banks products direct to our customers through our remote channels of Phone and Online. Responsibilities: Actively manage lending pipeline leads to achieve and exceed business targets. Prepare, review and analyse the creditworthiness and risk implication of lending applications, making credit recommendations to underwriters. Manage inbound and outbound customer contact through our digital and phone channels Provide excellent customer service and support our customers with their lending journey. Ensure adherence to Bank policy and regulation at all times. Work effectively as part of a high performing team delivering excellent customer service. Work as part of a team and on own initiative. Ensure accuracy by being quality focused and adopt a right first time approach at all times. Requirements: Essential: Must hold a minimum APA Qualification in Regulations & Loans or be full QFA'd. Desired: A passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience through adherence to regulations, compliance, policies and best practices. A deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment. Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
