Your role is to serve and sell in store and through all digital channels, prioritising customer needs and delivering an inspiring shopping environment.

- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations and suggestions.
- Participate in store events to achieve sales targets and create selling opportunities at all service points.

- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.
- Follow safe and legal working practices to maintain a productive and efficient store environment.
- Minimise losses and deliver key activities and operational processes within your areas of responsibility.
