N17 Superstores is a well-known retailer in the west of Ireland, successfully operating three electrical and furniture retail stores in Mayo and Galway over the past 25 years. Then continue on We are seeking to recruit full time Sales Advisors to join our sales teams in all three stores, where you will be paid a bonus commission for you sales achieved in addition to your base salary. Our locations include: Our Galway City branch located in Northpoint on the Tuam Road, Galway Our Mayo branch is located on the Crossmolina Road in Ballina. Our Head Office is located in Milltown, Tuam, Co. Galway On applying for the role, please specify which store you are applying to. The Role - Tasks involved Drive sales through by delivering excellent product knowledge your customers, ensuring the best advice is offered and the sale is achieved. Provide an excellent level of customer service - acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in a sales advisory role. Ensure excellent store standards are always delivered by merchandising and displaying stock to maximise sales potential. Full administration related to the sale. Display an ongoing interest in product knowledge and keep up-to-date with product trends. Stock management, execution of stock takes, handling damaged products and following returns procedure. The Ideal Candidate - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities The ideal candidate should be passionate about selling. Motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong sales ability and a friendly approachable manner with potential customers. Interest in product training and keeping up-to-date with the products. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications, word, outlook, excel. Ability to address customer concerns as and when they arise. Ability to work on their own or as part of a team. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 - 3 year's experience in a Sales Advisory role. Leaving cert or equivalent is required.
