Seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the sports and leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales and marketing plans and techniques.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new product development and ideas.
- Help to improve internal management systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales and business, with managerial experience a plus.
- Proven track record of business-to-business development and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
