Sales Associate The Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Glancy Enviro. This role will support our Sales Representatives in driving business growth and ensuring smooth operations. The Sales Associate will assist with outbound call campaigns, create and follow up on quotes, manage meeting schedules, and handle diary management for the sales team. Responsibilities: Assist Sales Representatives with outbound call campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships. Prepare accurate and timely quotes for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and company pricing guidelines. Follow up on outstanding quotes to ensure timely responses and close sales opportunities. Manage meeting schedules and diary management for the sales team, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all client interactions and sales activities are logged. Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, including creating presentations and gathering relevant materials. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed to ensure smooth operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation and communications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
