A Sales & Business Development Manager (CRM) is required to join a specialist alternative asset manager providing tailored investment solutions. The company delivers sustainable financial returns and builds long-term partnerships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

This role involves offering investment solutions to high-net-worth clients, corporates, and the charity sector. The CRM will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with professional service firms and focus on high-net-worth individuals and other key private client segments. The role requires developing and executing a comprehensive client acquisition plan, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and pitches, and maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline. The CRM will also conduct thorough market research and participate in industry events to build a robust professional network.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a senior client relationship role within financial services, preferably in funds, asset management, or wealth management. They will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and relevant professional qualifications. The candidate should have a strong and successful direct business development track record, excellent working knowledge of the Irish and UK Investment Industry, and strong technical product and investment skills for effective dialogue with consultants, analysts, and clients.
