Job Description
Seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to manage remarketing operations, analyze data, and improve processes for a leading car finance solutions provider in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare remarketing valuations and reserve calculations using market research and vehicle inspection reports.
- Perform regular analysis and reporting on remarketing department performance for senior management.
- Prepare and present monthly remarketing KPI reports for the Direct Fleet department.
- Maintain the remarketing database and ensure all relevant information is up to date.
- Ensure remarketed vehicles are sold in compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage fair wear and tear, excess mileage processes, and invoicing for remarketing.
- Assist with internal and external audits and support team members with administrative duties.
- Contribute to improving remarketing processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in the auto finance or leasing industry.
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced skills in Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Connect Online and Sofico Miles is a plus.
