Sales Co-ordinator| Permanent | Dublin Our client provides innovative and market leading car finance solutions offering a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing options. Key Responsibilities: Prepare remarketing valuations and reserve calculations for approval using market research and vehicle inspection reports, while adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Perform regular, accurate, and timely analysis and reporting on all aspects of the remarketing department for senior management. Prepare and present monthly remarketing KPI reports for the Direct Fleet department. Maintain the remarketing database, ensuring all relevant information is up to date. Ensure remarketed vehicles are sold in compliance with company guidelines. Manage fair wear and tear, as well as excess mileage processes, in collaboration with the fleet and sales teams. Oversee the invoicing process for remarketing, including processing supplier invoices and issuing vehicle sales invoices. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and support. Support and cover team members in administrative duties as required. Contribute to improving existing remarketing processes and procedures for greater efficiency. Develop and update remarketing process documentation as needed. Manage project, change requests, and testing activities. Propose and document system changes to improve processes. Requirements: Education: Third-level qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Experience: 2+ years' experience in the auto finance or leasing industry (desirable). Professional/Technical Knowledge: Experience in trade used car sales is an advantage. Strong data analysis skills. Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Connect Online and Sofico Miles is a plus.
