Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to identify opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
- Establish strong connections with clients to secure repeat business and foster trust.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS, ENSURING SATISFACTION AND IDENTIFYING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
- Work through the sales cycle, from initial qualification to client onboarding and delivery oversight.
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales initiatives across our full range of services.
- Build your professional network through referrals, industry events, and community involvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management within IT Sales, Recruitment, or Consulting.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Understanding of the IT industry or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
- Experience using CRM systems for client outreach and marketing activities; familiarity with Hub Spot is a plus.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
- Flexibility and a readiness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
