Were looking for someone with 2-3 years of sales or relationship management experience within IT Sales, Recruitment, or Consulting, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Engage with potential clients to identify opportunities and contribute to sales targets. Client Relationships: Establish strong, lasting connections with clients to secure repeat business and foster trust. Account Management: Support the development and management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities. Opportunity Management: Work through the sales cycle, from initial qualification to client onboarding and delivery oversight. Service Offering Expansion: Collaborate with the team to drive sales initiatives across our full range of servicesProject Resourcing, Advisory, Training, and Technology Services. Networking & Engagement: Build your professional network through referrals, industry events, and community involvement. What Were Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management within IT Sales, Recruitment, or Consulting. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Understanding of the IT industry or a willingness to develop expertise in this area. Experience using CRM systems for client outreach and marketing activities; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus. Professional communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels. Flexibility and a readiness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
