Sales & Customer Service Executive - Dublin 12 My client is a long-standing business - a one stop shop for office supplies, and promotional and corporate gifts. They are recruiting for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team in Dublin 12. ****Please ensure you can get seamlessly to this location**** This is Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday and based in the office full time. There is no hybrid. Salary & Benefits: €30k-€35k negotiable but must reflect experience, lovely working hours, Free Parking Onsite. As Customer Service Executive you will have an outgoing bubbly personality in order to assist customers over the phone and on email. You must have excellent oral and written English and be computer literate. Responsibilities for the job of Sales Executive: Responding to new and existing customer sales queries both online, phone and email Issuing quotations and processing the final order Discussing the customers preferred artwork for the promotional & corporate gifts Communicating all customer requests to the suppliers After sales service - communicating on any order or delivery issues Advising customers on the best product to suit their needs Using you soft skills to close the sale whilst providing first class customer service Should you be interested in this job opportunity please apply.
