**Key Responsibilities:**
* Qualify new leads and engage in outbound prospecting to generate new leads
* Research prospects online to identify needs, news, and mutual connections
* Contact leads via email/phone/LinkedIn to establish rapport and set meetings
* Collaborate with marketing campaign managers and attend industry events
**Requirements:***
* At least 1 year experience as a Sales Development Representative
* Fluency in English and a valid working visa for Ireland
* Strong communication skills and experience with CRM systems and social selling
