We're seeking a Sales Manager to join our Dublin team, where we have 6 busy Aparthotels. This is a full-time permanent role, offering an excellent opportunity for an individual with a great attitude and friendly manner to join the team at an exciting time for the group.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Hotel Sales, particularly in MICE, be very familiar with the Irish market, and have people managerial experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.
  • Providing timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, particularly in the MICE area
  • People managerial experience
  • Knowledge of the Irish Hotel/Aparthotel/Property market
  • New business generation
  • Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments
  • Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Local market and GDS knowledge is preferred

What will you be doing?

Social: You will assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and attend trade shows and presentations to promote the group portfolio.

Communication: An important part of our sales teams is communication. Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.

Promotion: Actively and dynamically promote the Staycity Group through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.
