We have an opportunity for a passionate and driven Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving the sales of cold storage solutions. You will identify customer needs, providing technical expertise ensuring their clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their requirements. This role is perfect for a strong HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer looking to step up and apply their knowledge in a sales role, ideally holding an in-depth knowledge of container cold storage systems, including refrigeration units, insulation, temperature control, and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential customers across various industries * Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline * Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate customer needs * Collaborate with the engineering team to support customer specific designs * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers * Provide technical and after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance advice What they are looking for: * A minimum of 5 years’ experience HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience * Self-motivated and target-driven * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite The company offers an extensive package inclusive of a competitive salary of Salary €55,000 - €75,000, company vehicle, bonus structure and flexible working options, including hybrid and remote work (provided you have a home office setup) or from their offices based in Dublin.
