Role Purpose: The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales by converting incoming leads and identifying new opportunities. The successful candidate will deliver optimal solutions for customers, build strong relationships, and secure repeat business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing business with both new and existing accounts across Ireland. Key Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales role, with preference given to those with experience in B2B or a construction-related sector. Fluency in German, in addition to English, is essential for this role. Highly organised and process-oriented with the ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively remove obstacles for the sales team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM software. A full, clean Irish driving licence. Core Responsibilities: Handle new customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in the showroom. Qualify leads and provide the best solutions for customers by leveraging internal resources and extensive product knowledge. Follow up on customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and detailed information in the CRM system. Assist customers with order queries by coordinating with the logistics team. Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. Manage customer accounts to ensure the highest levels of service, fostering strong relationships, and securing repeat business. Support the Sales Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects. Gather and publish case studies, testimonials, and credible proof to showcase successful projects and satisfied customers. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
