Job Description

This leading contract caterers is recruiting an ambitious, proactive Sales Executive to help increase their client portfolio within the Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical sectors. This role would suit a talented and tenacious sales professional in the early stages of their career who is looking for an advancement opportunity. Key responsibilities: Effective ‘Lead Management’ by generating new leads through exceptional verbal and written communicationIdentifying new business opportunities and growth areasCoordinate, prepare, complete and submit clear, concise and engaging tender documentsComplete presentation slides as part of tender processAttend client meetings and site visitsCreate, manage and build client databaseEffective reporting of new business pipeline and tender progress to the Managing DirectorMaintain an efficient bid management processContinuous improvement of sales materialsAttend networking opportunitiesEnsure KPI's are achievedIdentifying useful trends for the companyMaintain an active tender libraryAttend relevant industry events, conferences and seminars to keep abreast of industry trendsActively promote services across social media channels Candidate requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality / Tourism / BusinessMinimum two years’ prior industry-related sales / business development experience, ideally within the contract catering / hospitality sectorsKeen interest in food, international food concepts and trendsExceptional written and oral communication, with business level proficiency in EnglishExceptional skills with all Microsoft applicationsKnowledge of the ETenders platformSuperior time management abilityAbility to travel with access to car and hold a full, clean driver’s licenceThe ability to be proactive, organised and handle work under tight deadlinesA professional demeanour that is representative of the companyIf you are a target-driven, “foodie” sales professional looking for an opportunity where you can help shape the company’s future, this could be the perfect match! #J-18808-Ljbffr
