Job Description

Motivated Sales Executive sought for a well-established hospitality player in South Dublin. Responsible for generating sales, establishing relationships with corporate clients, and showcasing venue offerings. This role requires a strategic approach to identify new business opportunities and close deals that contribute to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector and tour companies
* Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the venue's features and services
* Build strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
* Attend networking events and trade shows
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or similar with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
* Reliable transportation for client meetings and events

Job Details:

* Full-time
* €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
* Commission pay
* Monday to Friday
* Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
