**Sales Executive (Lease Consultant)** **Job Summary:** Results-driven individual with excellent German language skills and sales experience sought to drive sales process, negotiate leases, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, international environment. **About the Role:** As a Sales Executive (Lease Consultant) at MD7, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with leads obtained from various mobile carriers and other sources. You will negotiate terms of mobile cell site leases, submit lease terms to our Lease Processors for document preparation, and ensure timely return of lease documents by landlords. **Key Responsibilities:** * Communicate with landlords through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails to negotiate leases * Prepare for calls by researching existing and/or new leases using our database/software system, intranet, and other sources * Enter data into our database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. * Prepare proposals by creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc. * Demonstrate excellent spoken and written German language skills, as well as basic English language skills * Possess 1-2 years of sales experience with commission-based selling environment * Negotiate or persuade others to act, with basic computer skills and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word * Communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone, with literacy equivalent to a junior college degree or higher * Be self-motivated with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision, with effective time management skills * Be comfortable placing outbound calls, with experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry a plus **Benefits:** * 28 days increasing annual leave (33 Days Cap) * 2 days of volunteer leave per year * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gym membership allowance * Private retirement savings account (PRSA) * Third-party employee assistant program (EAP) * Uncapped referral bonuses of €2,000.00 per hire * Cycle to work scheme * Taxsaver scheme * Prime D2 city centre location * Company-wide competitions and games * Monthly team events and quarterly company events * Quarterly company-sponsored volunteer events * Connect-In: support from a designated colleague during your onboarding * Internal development opportunities across our international offices **About MD7:** With over 400 employees worldwide, MD7 is a small-big company on the verge of becoming a big-small company.
