Sales Executive - Concrete Products
We're seeking a driven sales professional with a background in construction materials. The role involves managing customer accounts, introducing new products, and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Account Management: Grow customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Introduce new products and services.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong business relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Sales Execution: Provide accurate cost calculations and negotiate terms.
- Negotiation & Risk Management: Handle price variation and customer credit risk.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and work with relevant departments.
- Strategic Involvement: Assist with budgets, planning, and forecasting.
- Reporting & Meetings: Prepare timely reports and attend sales meetings.
You'll bring a third-level qualification in Sales & Marketing or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or technical sales. You should also have a proven ability to manage customer relationships, close sales, and work with technical products.
